Hi Everyone!
I'm starting this website to track my weigh loss progress. I will be totally honest about what I eat,
how I feel, and what I'm doing to lose weight. I'll be trying different things, and for starters I'm working with Professional
Award Winning Body Builder, Ivan Nikolov. He's doing a Summer Fat Lose Challenge and I'm one of the honored participants.

weeks is only going to be a beginning for me. I am also studying Fitness and Nutrition with plans to become a personal trainer,
and the hope of someday I start an after school program for kids who are fitness challenged.
For starters I’m doing
weight training on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Friday, and doing Cardio with some light resistance training on Tuesday, Thursday,
and Saturday. I’ve got this Leslie Sansome: Walk Strong DVD. It’s the equivalent of walking 3 miles, and have resistance
interval mixed in to boost lean muscles.
I am currently 280lbs, but that’s tiny compared to the 435lbs I weighed
back in 1999.
Here are my stats as of today Saturday June 2, 2007.
Lean Body Mass: 208.33 lbs Body
Fat Weight: 71.67 lbs Body Fat Percentage: 25.60%
My goal current goal is get my Body Fat Percentage under
20%.
